The operations layer for your business

The complete AI solution for your business — analyzed, built, and watched daily.

AI agents carry the repetitive work inside the tools you already use. One console shows every journey in motion. And Claro's operations team watches it daily — deciding, fixing, thinking — so nothing quietly falls through.

In plain words

What is an AI agent, really — and why it changes a small business.

Not a robot. Not magic. Think of a tireless, careful clerk who has read everything in your business — every quote, every message, every invoice — and never loses the thread.

It never forgets

Every promise, every quote, every date. Nothing in your business depends on somebody's memory anymore.

It works around the clock

Nights, weekends, holidays. No vacations, no sick days. The inquiry that arrives at 22:00 is answered at 22:00.

It's fast and low-cost

A fraction of one salary, carrying routine work that used to take several people — done in seconds, not days.

It sees the whole picture

It doesn't just do a task — it reads your site, your invoices, your WhatsApp and your calendar together. Every action happens in full context.

It helps with your craft too

Catalogs written, product pages drafted, posts and newsletters prepared, designs proposed — in your voice, for your approval.

You stay the boss

Agents draft and prepare; what matters passes through you. Nothing customer-facing goes out without your yes.

A small business at work
The idea in one line

The routine belongs to the machines. The judgment stays human.

The problem

Automation stops at the easy 90%. Businesses leak at the last 10%.

Every tool demos beautifully on the happy path. Real businesses live in the exceptions — and the exceptions are exactly where money and trust quietly disappear.

↑ The half-finished journey

The quote that was never followed up

The inquiry was answered, the quote was sent — and then a holiday, a sick day, a busy week. Nobody chased it. The order went to whoever answered twice.

↑ The silent break

The automation that stopped last month

A tool updated, an API changed, a model shifted its behavior. The flow broke quietly — and kept looking fine from the outside until a customer complained.

↑ The unseen number

The revenue nobody was counting

A second income stream in a different system. Members who paid but never got access. Renewals that depend on someone's memory. It's all there — just invisible.

Claro exists for that last 10%: agents carry the repetition, the console makes everything visible, and a person decides — so every journey closes.

What you get

Three things, working together.

Journeys that close

Not scattered automations — full paths your business travels, built end to end: inquiry to booked, quote to cash, expiry to reorder. Each one is live and proven before the next begins.

Agents do the repetition

One console

One screen where the whole business is visible: what's moving, what's stuck, what needs a decision. Signals rise from your systems; decisions flow back down. No more living in six tabs.

Everything visible

An operations team on watch

Software breaks quietly when the world changes. Every journey is checked daily and fixed before you notice — and once a week you get one page: what happened, what it means, what to do next.

A person, thinking
How it works

Four stages. Each one earns the next.

No big-bang projects. We start where it hurts, prove each piece live on your real data, and only then build the next. You can stop at any stage and keep everything.

01

Analyze

A few weeks of looking closely at how your business really runs: where the hours go, where journeys break, which exceptions cost you. You get it in writing — what's worth building, in what order, at a fixed price. If the arithmetic doesn't work for your business, we say so here. The analysis is also a mirror: hard questions about what really earns and what you do out of habit — most owners come out more focused before anything is built.

Watch & think

Every journey checked every day, fixed before you notice. And more than upkeep: the console sees patterns you can't — the uncounted revenue stream, the customers who paid but never onboarded, the renewal about to lapse. Weekly, one page: what happened, what it means, what to do.

Operate

Don't want to hold the wheel? We take the daily seat: the small decisions, the exceptions, the follow-ups. You get the weekly page and one short call. The seat is simple by design — take it back, or hand it to anyone, whenever you choose. And the line is clear: we watch the flows and handle the routine; anything that truly needs the owner reaches you as a clear question. The business stays yours to decide. We take operation seats as capacity allows.

Journeys we build

Every business runs on two lifecycles. Seeing them whole is what finds the holes.

Yours will be mapped in the analysis — these are the two shapes every business shares.

A journey is a lifecycle.

The customer's: from the first hello with a potential client, through a happy paying customer, to a proper goodbye. The product's: from an idea to fully operational — and one day, retired. Most tools automate single tasks. We look at the whole cycle, because when a lifecycle is laid out end to end, the holes show themselves.

1First contactsomeone hears about you and reaches out
2Proposalthe need understood, an offer made and followed
3Paying customerpayment, access, delivery — everything promised, given
4Service & loyaltycared for, remembered, coming back
5Renewal — or a proper goodbyenobody just fades away unnoticed

Every hand-off between stages is where customers used to fall. Laid out whole, the gaps have nowhere to hide.

The thinking layer

Agents run the routine. The insight is human.

Claro isn't only hands — it's eyes and judgment. The same watching that keeps journeys running also tells you things about your business no report ever did. The method comes from Designing Coherence, Ruth's book on how work changes when AI executes — translated here into plain business language.

A map of every decision in your business

Every business runs on a handful of judgments — where to take it, what to charge, what risk to accept, what story to tell, how to treat customers, how the work itself gets done. In most small businesses they all sit on one head: yours, squeezed between everything else. The analysis puts them on one page: which nobody was actually making, which can be prepared for you, and which only you should keep.

The owner's map

Insights from your own numbers

The console counts every stream and sees patterns you can't from inside: the revenue nobody was counting, the product quietly carrying your margin, the client who costs more than they pay. Real findings — not dashboards.

Your numbers, finally talking

Eyes on your market

Prices moving, competitors shifting, demand changing — agents can watch the world around your business too, and bring what matters to your weekly page. You decide with open eyes, not by feel.

Market analysis, ongoing
The six judgments every business runs on:
Direction — where the business is going Pricing & deals — what to charge, which deals to chase Risk & compliance — what can go wrong, what the law requires The story — how the business speaks and sells itself The customers — who's happy, who's slipping away The craft — how the work itself gets done

Today, most of these sit on one head — yours. After the analysis you know which to keep, which agents can prepare for you, and which nobody was making at all.

The rule

Everything we build is yours — the journeys, the data, the console — on your own tools, under your own name. If we ever part, nothing switches off.

Your data stays yours

Built on your own tools, registered in your name. Never used to train AI. And where a business handles personal or clinical records, the journey is designed so the model never sees the person.

What stays with us

The part you can't download: the thinking. The method, the watching, the judgment on what the signals mean — that's the work you're paying for, week after week.

Pricing

Simple and fixed — you always know the cost before you commit.

The analysis and each build are fixed prices, written down before we start. The ongoing work is a fixed monthly amount. No hourly billing, no meters running — and no promises we can't stand behind: we give you clear information, and the decisions stay yours.

Claro Lite

For a business with one journey that hurts. Real relief, sized to a small budget — not a heavy project.

  • One journey, built end to end
  • Your console, one screen
  • Daily checks, light monthly care
Claro Full

The whole back office: every journey on agents, weekly intelligence — and, if you want, us in the daily seat.

  • All journeys, built in order of value
  • Watch & think: daily checks + weekly page
  • Operate: we hold the wheel, you keep the ownership

Claro takes on a handful of new businesses each year, worldwide. If the arithmetic doesn't work for yours, you'll hear it at the first conversation — before anyone pays anything.

Fit

Honest about who this is for.

Claro fits if…

  • You sell something real — products, sessions, services — and journeys keep leaking between your tools.
  • Your work lives in systems — a site, accounting, WhatsApp, a calendar — that were never connected.
  • You want an operating team, not a project — people who stay, watch, and bring you what needs your decision.
  • You're anywhere — the work is remote by design, in five languages, and nothing runs on anyone's laptop.

Claro doesn't, if…

  • ×You want a chatbot on your site and nothing behind it — plenty of tools do that cheaply.
  • ×You want a one-time setup with nobody watching it after. Unwatched automation is how the silent breaks happen.
  • ×The arithmetic doesn't close — if Claro would cost more than it returns, we'll tell you so and part as friends.
Why Claro

Not a builder. Not an advisor. An operator.

You've probably met the other two. One installs automations and moves on. One hands you a plan and wishes you luck. Claro does the whole thing — the analysis, the build, the daily watching, the insights — with hands-on operation as an optional extra mile.

About

Claro is led by Ruth Amichay — an operator first, a consultant second.

Ruth Amichay

Ruth spent 25 years running operations inside global technology companies, on four continents. The pattern was always the same: businesses grow faster than the way they work can carry. Claro exists to fix the way things work — and to stay behind it, because a system only stays ordered if someone keeps it ordered.

Claro is a small senior team: the people who analyze your business, build the processes, and keep daily watch. No sales layer, no juniors, no explaining your business twice.

Ruth is also the author of Designing Coherence — a book about how work changes when AI does the doing. You don't have to read it; you'll feel it in how your business runs. ruthamichay.com

Questions, answered

Asked before every engagement.

What exactly is a "journey"?

+
A path your business travels from a start to an end: an inquiry becomes a booked session; a quote becomes money in the bank; an expiring certificate becomes a service order. Most tools automate one step. Claro builds the whole path — including the exceptions — so it actually closes.

Do we have to replace the tools we use?

+
No — that's the point. Your site, your accounting tool, your WhatsApp, your calendar all stay exactly where they are. The journeys move the work between them, and the console shows you the whole picture. Migrations are what we help you avoid.

We're not in Israel. Does that matter?

+
No. The work is remote by design — everything runs hosted, nothing depends on being in a room. Engagements run in English, Hebrew, Spanish, French or Italian, across time zones. Your tools are wherever they are; that's where we build.

What happens when something breaks?

+
Software breaks quietly when the world changes — a tool updates, a model shifts its behavior. That's why the watching is part of the work, not an add-on: every journey is checked daily, and most fixes happen before you notice. Each week you see a short system-health line: what changed, what was fixed.

Is our data safe? Is it used to train AI?

+
Everything runs on your own tools and stays yours; nothing is used to train AI. Where a business handles personal or clinical records — a therapy practice, for example — the journey is designed so the model never sees the person: agents work on the flow, not the file.

What if we part ways?

+
Then you keep everything — the journeys, the data, the console — running on your own tools, documented. Nothing switches off, nothing is held hostage. What leaves with us is the watching and the thinking; both are yours to restart whenever you choose.
First conversation — thirty minutes

Let's look at where your hours and your margins go.

Tell me about your business — what you sell, which tools you live in, what keeps slipping. You'll leave the call knowing what's worth building. And if it isn't worth it, you'll hear that too.
